My television was delivered three days ago, and there has been no sign of the installation technician. The technician at Thomson is so unethical that they cancel the installation process after they are assigned, and again, we are assigned a new guy the next day. And the problem is, my TV has been lying on the ground for three days, and they are neither allowing us nor letting us call a local technician to install it independently. So, have we ordered this Full HD LED smart Android TV as a showpiece for our living room in a packed and boxed format?
