I have today completed my Budget Europe 6 nights 7 days tour package booked through Thomas Cook. I have enjoyed the trip very much. I really appreciate the services of THOMAS COOK. The itinerary was followed and everything promised was delivered, with a warm smile.
I would also like to especially mention services of Mr. NARESH GADHIYA who accompanied us as company tour manager. He is a warm and wonderful person. All through the trip he took good care of all of us ensuring our safety and comfort.
During trips be shared his vast experience and knowledge about the places we were to visit. This gave us all a deep insight about the places and made touring all the more interesting and memorable.
He managed everything very efficiently and responded instantly with a warm smile whenever anyone from the group had any query or any special request.
Infact we all felt we were touring Europe not with a tour company but with a close relative or friend.
