We had booked a Splendid Asia Tour starting from 8th of September 2016 which covered Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
As far as our experience before the trip is concerned, the less said the better. However, the treatment we got at the trip made us feel like a king. The tour manager Miss Jigisha Patil was excellent. She was a good leader and took pain to organize many things for the guests. She suggested the sight seeing places which were not in the itinerary. She did her best to see that each and every person was comfortable and well looked after. I feel it is because of her that the trip was so pleasant and a pleasure. Hats off to her. The bonding which she had with majority of the group people was amazing. I wish there were more people like her who work selflessly and smilingly and give positive vibes.
We all enjoyed Thailand which resembled Mumbai, only that the crowd was less. In all the three places, you could see Indians and Indians. In fact 90% of tourists were Indians. The quality of food was excellent. Veg as well as non veg food both was provided by tour operator. On one last day it was not provided since it was not in the itinerary but finding veg food was not difficult nor expensive. We three people had lunch for about Rs.900/- which works out to 300 per person. Places were beautiful as expected and the trip was pleasant, mainly due to Miss Jigisha Patil as an excellent Tour Manager
