Recently I had gone with Thomas Cook'Fusion Europe' covering France, Switzerland, Italy Austria and Munich with a group of 35 passengers. The tour was planned well. The coach manager Arif Shaik was quite knowledgeable, friendly and also had lot of patience in taking care of all the travellers. The selection of places were quite good. Delicious Indian food(strict vegetarian) was available till we took the return flight at Munich. The hotels we stayed were of 3* quality. On the whole the tour was conducted in a very professional manner.
But Thomas Cook Mumbai office need to improve on their handling of payments, visa meetings etc. These are minor issues hence can be easily improved upon.
On the whole, I would recommend Thomas Cook for Europe Tours based on my experience.
