Me and family planned a trip to china via thimas cook and had a very bad experience
The tour manger Vaishali Gowsami was very friendly in the begining but by the end of the tour she alomg with the local tour guide cheated us and looted us. They promised us to show the longest bridge in china and took approximately 4000 inr from wach one of us and showed us nothing and when we demanded for the clarification they didnt bother to answer.
I will not recommend anybody to plan your tours with thomas cook as they will spoil you family time and also rob you
