I chose Thomas Cook for their group tour for East Europe, I was halfway there in the process of doing preparations for the trip all excited. I
get a call from the company representative saying that visa papers that we had provided 15 days in advance had not been submitted.
And the only two options we had was to either chose another date for the same tour or loom in uncertainty over the fate of our visas till the last minute and also lose all our money, that was quite a lot.Now with a baby 4 year old, do they expect me to hurriedly pack and take fresh set of leaves.Highly IRRESPONSIBLE, UNEXPECTED.
