I had applied for Singapore Visa for my family through their MG Road, Bangalore branch. The executive who handled my case(Ms Pratiksha) was very helpful and explained over the phone all the documents that is required.
When I visited their branch to submit the forms and documents she reviewed all the documents and found out that some details had been entered wrongly so she helped me to fill the forms again by providing all the required forms. They also charge very nominal fee of Rs 1900.
Note: My friend who applied through their Chennai branch at the same time had very bad experience. He forgot to take a form with him and the executive declined to help him by taking a single sheet of printout. My friend got frustrated and applied his visa through another agent.
