My name is Ponnanna working as Engineer in Automotive company. I had recently Traveled to Europe with my wife Shayana through Thomas cook. Just would like share our overall experience for the entire tour.
This was our first trip to Europe. The overall experience of the tour was wonderful, memorable and exciting. The Places like London, Paris, Brussels, Germany, Switzerland are more beautiful. Many Many Thanks to our Tour Manager Mr Naresh for his great support and co-operation during the entire tour.
Mr Naresh has a lot of good attributes without which the tour would not be successful.
He is good in Planning the entire Trip. For ex: Giving details like Day plan, Next day plan, Timing details, on time information etc. So we are always updated with where are we going next and what what are going to see etc.
He is good in Time Management. we always had food on time. Always a planned Indian restaurant for Dinner was a very good idea.
He has a lot of knowledge about the Place details, History etc and shares the same to us when we are about to reach the place. So we get updated on the place information which is very much required. Also he is always been supportive in answering our queries.
Overall we are happy that we got a Tour manager like Mr Naresh without which the Tour would not be successful. Also we would like to have him as our Tour Manager in our Forth coming Trip as well.
