Hello,
I recently travelled with Thomas Cook on a group tour Asian Wonders 08/17 to Malaysia and Singapore including a 3 night 4 day cruise to islands of Malaysia.
The trip was well put together by the Thomas cook team and it was evident by the care taken of the guests by our tour manager Ms.Zenia Dsouza.
She was more than willing to help all the guests with getting comfortable and took care of the needs and requirements throughout the duration of the tour.
As this was My first trip I'm glad we chose Thomas Cook as it was good experience. I enjoyed a lot on this trip. Our tour manager Ms.Zenia D'Souza, was professional, knowledgeable, most of all friendly and fun. I hope she will be our tour guide again on our next trip.
