I would never suggest any one to book a tour package with Thomos Cook specially in India.
It was a night mare for me and other families travelling with me.
I had booked a package recently to Andaman trusting the name but they tortured me to the core. The key points are as follows:
Their staff is very very rude at your face the moment you give them your money.
The itinary they promised us had a 4 star hotel which they denied at tha last moment.
Their planning is so bad that in the whole trip of 6 days, we ended up wasting 2 full days.
The hotels given to us were pathtic with water dripping of the roofs and rats in the room.
At the end of the trip each one of us suffered with vomiting and food posioning.
They even charged us extra for AC cabs else they wont switch on the AC.
They did not provide ua a single water bottle in the whole trip. Not even the hotels they made us stay.
THE LIST GOES ON.
I would just suggest dont book a package with Thomos Cook any time.
