In may this year(2016)i along with my family booked for EUROPEAN EXPRESS tour package of europe with THOMAS COOK India. It was WELL ORGANISED and very well planned and arranged by THOMAS COOK staff. we did not have any inconvenience at all during the trip. The trip/ tour, captain/ guide Mr.VIVEK D'SILVA was very friendly, efficient and I must say he loves his profession. He has seen, that we do not have any inconvenience of any sort. We have noticed that he many a times would not have his lunch on time just to see that we all had our lunch and what ever we need on time. The whole trip was a very memorable experience.
