Touring around the world is a challenge by itself. But with Thomas Cook it is possible and unlimited fun. Thanks for Rhea(Australia Tour Manager) and Priyanka(New Zealand Tour manager), two of the best Tour Managers I had the privilege to be acquainted with. Safety is one of the biggest concerns when travelling and it has been well taken care by both of them. With these two Tour Managers around, there was nothing to worry about. Smart, professional, skilled, efficient, experienced, helpful, polite, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, humorous, excellent, etc. etc. and the list goes not. They were like family who took care of me and all along to make my trip a memorable and a mesmerizing one. The tour was well organized and all arrangements were planned well in advance to make it a fantastic one. I would strongly recommend Thomas Cook and the Tour Managers without doubt to anyone who wishes to go on a world tour. Both the Tour Managers were patient to answer all my questions and took time to understand and ensure my trip was enjoyable. Thomas Cook ensures their customers are well treated and comfortable irrespective of the place and situation. Hats off to both Rhea and Priyanka for the amazing tour.
Tour pre-arrangement made by their Chennai office by Karthikeyan is definitely commendable.
