I practically went through a nightmare, curtesy Thomascook. I booked a 6 night Andaman trip along with another 15 families coming across India . Thomascook took lot of money from us, gave us an itinerary of Andaman tour but didn't stick to it, they gave us hotels which were stale and hopeless, water licked from false cyling, no decent tooth brush and paste, room slippers and not mentioned in the itinerary. They cancelled our rooms which were in itinerary, without our consent, gave us non AC vehicles whereas they took money for AC vehicles, throughout gave us sicking food, took money for extra bed but never provided one, hotels declined to provide extra bed stating that thomascook didn't pay for extra bed . Throughout the tour everyday was like fights, tension . The tour managers were real crooks, lairs, never behaved well, cheated us so royally, can't believe . Guys I'm providing u the list of phone nos and ids of the other victims of thomascook. Stay away from THOMASCROOK, they r real crooks . Arrange ur own holidays, don't believe THOMASCROOK . I want this msg to be shared so that THOMASCROOK can't cheat anymore.??????
