I am Ashok Rai a Thai national of indian origin based in Bangkok, Thailand. I joined the above mentioned group with my family during our local long holidays(
Thai new year called SONGKRAN). Earlier we planned our holidays through local Thai tour operators and we made inquiries
through internet and visited THAI INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR. We almost planned our holidays for 3 countries France Swiss and Italy through one of local tour @ THB 130, 000 per head.

appreciated for your services. I immediately go through your website and found Fusion Europe is for 6 countries at lower price.
Tour cost is not a matter for us. Most attractive thing was hot delicious indian meal even if higher tour cost as we are indian We immediately sent mail request to your office and get booking confirmation through bank transfer from Bangkok. Concerned department were very active and responded us promptly. I am very thankful to them to make our tour possible.
As this is our first experience with any group tour and in local newspaper there are too many news about cancellations / cheatings and many other problems with group tour but we were completely relaxed after booking with Thomas cook but even then we had planned second and third steps incase any wrong happened.
Finally we reached CDG airport and our tour mAnasultanger Mr. Naresh ji was waiting for us outside with Thomas cook borad. Then we are relaxed that we are safe and secured now. We and other grop members from various part of india, feel happy and have smiling after reach in hand of Thomas cook. We proceeded to our Hotel and next our tour started.
Since the first minute of 1st day till last minute of last day of our tour we fully enjoyed our holidays with him and would like to thanks a lot to Naresh ji, Thomas cook's MAnasultangement team and all concerned to provide such nice trip . We are proud that we were part of your group tour and in future will enjoy our holidays through your esteemed organisation only. Every arrangements done by Naresh ji were more than our expectation and is a life time memory. We felt like a home away from home with Naresh ji and his arragement. He behaved with all member as a senior family mamber. He took care of all very very well even for small things. We never expected so nice behaviour from a tour mAnasultanger. We do not have words to praise his responsibility and nice nature. Hotels, Breakefasts - lunches and dinners were excellent and much better than our home. So I got+2 kgs weight after the tour. Coach was very comfortable and all children in the group the enjoyed their travel while in coach by seeing movie and playing ANTAKSHRI and other games. Naresh Ji guided us even for small things during the tour. I do not know whether all of your tour mAnasultangers are like Naresh ji or not?
I am born and brought up in Thailand and we know well that there are no any good tour operators here in Thailand and there are to much problems with tour operators. So I would like to request you to consider to set up one branch office in Bangkok to support indian origin and local Thai people for their tour need. I hope that Thomas cook will do good business in Thailand and will be come top operators in very short time and PuRobotouchc will get benefit of your packages which cover more at genuine cost.
If you are interested to open branch here then I may support and advise you for all of your need to startup and running up the branch. Also if possible you may posted Mr. Naresh ji as country mAnasultanger for Thailand.
