We had been on the European Extravanza(reverse) tour with Thomas Cook on 29th April ‘16. It was a 15 day tour which has left us with memories to cherish all our life. When one travels it's the memories we take back not a piece of the land we visit and that's what this experience was all about. From the time we landed at Heathrow airport in London our tour manager Abhishek Anand was there for us always giving us valuable inputs and insights. It was the small details like please put on your jackets as it is cold outside to what needs to be carried to a particular place to what is the weather like in the country we were going to visit the next day.
His knowledge about the places we visited was commendable and he would quiz us about the monuments and make the experience fun n challenging.
I was travelling with 2 kids and had many elderly people in our group, Mr. Anand took care of all of them and made them comfortable n even encouraged them at times to explore the place when they were tired.
All in all a superb experience and will only travel Thomas Cook again as I always did in the past.
