My wife and myself traveled to australia on thomascook package grandeur and we were pleasantly surprised that the content, logistics and timing lived up to our expectations., in fact exceeded expectations. The choice of hotels were good, food was very good considering we are vegetarians. Tour manager was calm and pleasant, diplomatic in her communications. Optional tours we opted also were very well organised. Few suggestions- 1.not to keep city tour/travel on arrival.it was hectic. 2. to arrange for a tour group get together one evening with music and some group games/activity. 3. keep tour group informed of travel sickness if the road trip ever had the risk.
