I have booked USA west coast tour through online booking at bombay office.Online booking fellow Mr.Vipul goswami, Rohitsingh, Afzal shaikh is only interseted in collecting the money no service backup information help will be provided.Also the number provided by them is only a one way communication.i.e.they can contact u but u cannot. They are shying to talk to u and will not providing travel coordination.Until u pay they will contact once u pau they will shutoff their phone.Extremely poor service and dont book the tour through bombay office online.
