We choose Thomas Cook Mini Europe Tour covering France( only Paris) and Switzerland in 7/8 days. Initially we were bit skeptical about Group Tour and Food which we will be provided in the tour and overall comfort level in the tour as it was our first trip outside India.
I must tell you everything was planned and executed to the perfection and very special thanks to our Tour Guide Mr. Sanjay Ghosh for making the tour experience worth the money. One of the Important thing we appreciate about the Tour and Tour Guide is punctuality every time on time which helped us in covering many places with spending sufficient time at every place.
Mr. Sanjay Ghosh was many times better than Local Tour Guides he was very knowledgeable about sites and used to brief us about the places before we reached their and guided us properly on maximum and best utilization of available time.
We both decided to travel through TGV from Paris to Geneva which was not part of itinerary but still we communicated to our Tour Manager he guided us well, the TGV experience was awesome every person travelling to europe must experience TGV.
Most important thing about Thomas Cook Tour and our efficient Tour Guide is they ensured that group have their food on time, there wasn't a single instance were our meals were delayed and every where thomas cook ensured Indian Food is served.
Our Air tickets and VISA Coordination was done by Mr. Suresh Thomas Cook Jayanagar Branch he did it perfectly without any hassles.Good Service by him
No False Commitment from them and they will stick to their Itinerary which I liked the most from them
I would definitely recommend Thomas Cook to everyone and if you have a big group of 20 people plus I would recommend to ask for Mr. Sanjay Ghosh as Tour Guide very efficient and proper management of the tour.
