I booked a package with Thomas cook for Singapore. in which they asked us to report to Delhi airport when we arrive there they told us at the airport that our Visa of one of our family member has not came due to no reason given by the authority and it was shocking to know this at the time when you are all pack with a mood to travel and enjoy at the airport that two of your family member will not accompany you and not only this they even not refunded our money for those family members who were traveling with us.
Seriously these travel agency must be banned in India due to these kind mental tortures they do to there customers.
