Dear Thomas Cook,
Greetings from me and my wife Sharmeen, we were part of the Fusion Europe tour which was scheduled from November 15 - November 25, 2016. under the excellent guidance of the tour manager Sachin Dashputre.
This email is to highlight to you the AMAZING EXPERIENCE we had during our entire stay. One person who has been instrumental for our great trip is our tour manager Mr. Sachin Dashputre without whom this tour wouldn’t have been such a smooth & great experience that it was.
Here’s something about what that Sachin did made a difference in our experience at Europe:
• Right from the time he met us at airport where Sachin checked if all had a good flight. Every breakfast, lunch & dinner where he ensured each & every members plate is always full, serving us personally, checking on the quality of food, Allotting rooms quickly. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge & gave us detailed historical information on every sight we went to linking it to how it is in India so that people can relate to.
• His amazing rapport with the coach captain which ensured our coach journey was smooth & our coach was always there when we came back from restaurant or sight seeing.
• There was never a time when we reached hotel or restaurant & arrangements were not ready in advance, everywhere we got food & our room keys on time this is commendable coordination considering the enormous queries and issues of tour members he was responding to at the same time.
It was a great company by all of them throughout the tour thanks to Sachin the tour manager for his skills, capability, knowledge, experience on handling such a large group of 37 pax even though it's not an easy task to keep everyone happy. However there were no issues or bad incidents during our tour & we visited whole itinerary on time. I hope we all were really happy & it was a memorable, remarkable one to everyone since it will never be memorable one without a great tour leader like Sachin.
The only reason it made me write you this mail to appreciate & to give our compliments for the hard work done by Tour Manager Sachin Dashaputra, his real talents on tour group handling, the vast knowledge he has about all the places we visited & the real ability on keeping everyone happy always with smile.
Thank you once again and we will definitely go for Thomas Cooks other tours. Keep up the good work.?
