This review will be helpfull for everyone who read this.
We travelled to Europe from 4 oct 2016 to 14 oct 2016 with Fusion Europe package from Thomas cook. We faced lot of problems from Koramangala Branch Staff from begining. all the staff including manager are helpless as they do not have any information on visa, travel documents, process of travell we suffered for 2months,they are very careless, at last moment they had changed flight tickets and insurance too as names were wrong there. so they deducted it from their employe's salary too. So plz be careful while booking tour with thomas cook India. Same was experience from all group members from the tour.
When we reached Paris no one was there on airport to pick up though it was mentioned in travel document.But neither me not tour manager there was aware that he was supposed to pick us from airport. Bangalore offfice has not given Tour Manage'rs number also. Finally we coudl meet really good person, a tour Manager Mr Dhanjay Mahajan, we used to call him DJ who really turned it to beautiful tour.
He is very friendly, helpfull, knowledgable and energiatic person. He has taken lot of care of everyone in the group.We could enjoy the tour only because of this person.
He is having very good sense of humour and he is good singer too!
Hotels and Restaurants throughout tour were amazing and with very delicious Indian food.
That was the big positive point of this tour.
So big thanks to DJ! He is really an asset of Thomas cook!.
