Really bad tour management. No support for customers when on tour when local tour manager is is not so worthy approaching.
Had really bad times with local tour managers, customer support as well as top level management, they do not accept the facts, as well turn their back on customers and very unprofessional.
They take zero responsibility after you make payments and on tour. Approached top level management but didn't get any fruitful solution, neither they accepted the facts explained. It was waste of money booking a tour with ThomasCook,
Was put up in really bad hotels when on tour. The tour manager was arrogant. Approached the customer support with no reply. When reported to top level management got no good response and felt was dodged away. I wouldn't recommend ThomasCook to any one, since the company is not customer friendly, since I felt cheated by booking tour package. And if you're a senior citizen never venture into it.
