Our booking ID G170006076. We are just three days short of our trip and have absolutely no confirmation or details of any of the following:
1) our flight tickets
2) visa booking
3) hotel booking
Our experience with Thomas Cook has been disappointing to say the least. Their customer service is pathetic as nobody responds to any phone calls or emails. We have not been assigned a person for query. They get back after hours and even days at their own convenience. Their official website does not mention any email address for contact. Worse, the window that requires us to fill in a message does not respond when you click on'submit'. Thanks to ignorance and callousness of Thomas Cook we are left tensed and in doubt of our travel plans!
