When we choose a travel agency for our holidays it implies that we are risking not just money but more importantly the only days of the holidays we get in a year and rely on them totally to make it a worthy experience. We explored South East Asia through Thomas Cook a couple of years back and we didn't have to look around even for a bit when we were trying to make bookings for a European Holiday. We came back to Thomas Cook without a second thought sheerly for the quality of hotels, Indian food provided and the sight seeing done through some great tour managers of Thomas Cook.
We were taken in for a pleasant surprise with some wonderful selection of hotels and a an extremely smooth tour while we were on our European sojourn.
Due credit for such a smooth tour goes firstly to our tour manager Mr. Kunal Damania who has been an extremely meticulous tour manager and has ensured since day 1 that we make the most of our European excursion. Time and again he has gone out of the way to ensure we get to do more things than what was mentioned in the itinerary. His energy and vivacious nature always kept the fun going for all of us. From making attempts to provide us regular entertainment to being punctual and unbiased in timings, Mr. Kunal has treated all of his fellow passengers nothing less than family. His knowledge about places and people management skills are commendable and one would be really lucky to have him as the tour manager just as we were.
His assistant tour manager Mr. Daksh Parekh was also extremely cooperative, kind and a lot of fun which made our trip all the more fun. He was extremely positive and sweet in his behavior which made our trip all the more comfortable.
Even though there were some anti social elements on our trip as it is impossible to have perfect 44 nice people, the way Mr Kunal Damania handled the anti social elements it was very professional. Mr. Kunal was persistent in his efforts to ensure the trip goes well for all of us and no amount of anti social
elements could sabotage things for the rest of us. Mr Kunal was extremely respectable towards everyone and his chirpy and humorous nature made him favourites amongst the kids as well as adults.
The way he balanced his professionalism and the friendly nature was absolutely commendable and one would suggest to check if he is tour manager for your trip while booking.
Overall Thomas Cook is great with their selections of hotels and planning a smooth fun trip. Without a doubt had a worthy European experience with them this summer 2016. Thank you for giving us so many wonderful memories Thomas Cook.
