We had booked an Europe for all tour from the 6th to the 13th of Oct 2016, for our family of four. Though my parents had previously travelled with Thomas Cook, I was still sceptical about how it will go. Right from the beginning of the processing, I had immense help from all quarters at Thomas Cook.
Coming to the actual tour, it was an amazing experience from day one on boarding the flight. The best part of the tour was our tour Guide - Mr. Ruffino who became very good friend with all of us on the tour. His knowledge about the locations was impeccable, not to mention his conduct as well as his assistance on the tour. Ruffi as he liked to be called, was always approachable and sweet as well as strict when it came to the timings. We miss him a lot and though its a bit later in the day to write this review, I wish to thank him on behalf of the entire team of passengers who became our good friends in a weeks time.
Thanks Ruffi for giving us a whale of a time, it was one of the most pleasurable trips of our lives.
