We went for a 21 days, 20 night tour with Thomas cook and the experience was marvellous. The tour started on April 24 which consisted of 44 people starting from Bangalore and Mumbai. We had a very comfortable flight to London from Bangalore through Etihad airways.
As soon as we reached London, our tour manager Mr. Kunal Damania was there at the airport to recieve us and he was present with the group henceforth. He, along with Mr. Daksh worked with heart and soul to keep the entire group happy. They were very punctual and were excellent time managers. Mr. Kunal is very knowledgable and a good orator.
He made the trip more exciting by explaining the significance of the places in detail. The hotels, lunch and dinner chosen by Thomas cook were excellent. Overall, the experience with Thomas cook was outstanding and more than what I expected.
