I have this tooth tried this toothpaste. It was like initally few days I really felt good a d can see some changes in my teeth. Those were getting slightly brighter. One-day I was sitting next to mirror which is near to my bedroom window. I could see some depression on my teeth just adjacent to my gums line. I went and showed to dentist. She said this is because of toothpaste which contain high abrasive through it cleans tooth but make it rougher and thinner.
I would not recommend this tooth paste to anyone.
