Beware! The CMH road center does not return mobile phones that they take in for repair. Model name:- google nexus S Imei #:-354494040122944. Have been to their center almost 6-7 times, almost harassed everytime with extremely lame excuses and no information about the whereabouts of my phone. Phone was given to them at the end of Nov, 2013 and has not been returned yet, have followed up personally at the center, over email and even on twitter, yet no action.
They say that the person who was to repair ran away and their head office has the phones, yet after 3 months of providing them the model name, they have not returned it yet, even after making false promises on email. During my visits to the store, I could many other people also struggling to get their phones. No idea if they ever get it back!
Extremely shameful and condemn able. Please be very careful with them. They do not deserve any customers at all.
