Hi All, .
I have booked the mobile phone Karbonn titanium moghul on 01st of april 2016. and the mobile store delivered the phone on 9th of april 2016. When I received the phone I got an invoice dated 02nd of april 2016.
When I opened the box. The phone which I booked was inside. However the mobile has all problems
Speaker not working
Wi-Fi not working
Blue tooth Not working
SD not detecting.
So I called the customer care and asked for replacement. The customer care executives also informed me go and get the DOA from the Karbonn service centre. But the karbonn service centre people told that I will not get the DOA since to get DOA it should be 7 days from the bill date.
How do I know without getting phone the issue and ask for replacement. because after 7 days of booking only I received phone which themobilestore.in made it intensionally after reaching customer care many times they are not responding now.
Please help me what to do
