I ordered a Micromax tablet from themobilestoe.in. They sent an email within a day informing the product is shipped, with a bluedart tracking #. Even after a week, I did not receive the product, when I check the tracking # in bluedart, it said the tracking # does not exist.
When I call up the customer service of mobilestore, the service rep said, he can not access my order info!. Overall very bad experience. my order # is 3110378129769.
