'The Whispers' is a wonderful american TV series with science fiction/thriller/drama as its genre. From the very beginning to the end it keeps you fixed to the screen and you will not feel bored of it at any moment in any of the episodes. All the concepts and ideas are unheard of and original(unlike most of the Indian TV series) and you will not feel like giving up on it until the end.
The acting of the cast is praiseworthy and they have done justice to their respective roles, be it Lily Rabe(as Claire Bennigan) or Barry Sloane(as Wes Lawrence) and even the child actors, i.e. Kylie Rogers or Kyle Harrison Breitkopf, will astonish you with their talent.
The story revolves around two families-the Bennigans and the Lawrences-who are struggling tooth and nail to keep their children safe from the supernatural activities that is targeting only children. The supernatural activities are being carried out by a supernatural creature named'Drill' who is making friends with the children, granting them their wish and then asking the children to do something in return for him(which is definitely not good, more of evil and entirely unexpected of children) for example gaining an access into a nuclear power plant so that Drill could feed on the energy.
Apart from the invisible trouble that is hovering over the children, their parents are trying to deal with their devastated personal life. And each and everything that is happening has a reason and is somehow interconnected to other activities, one thing leading to another which in turn leaves non of the scenes boring.
Although the entire series is very good, full of surprising events, the climax is a bit disappointing and you have questions to be answered but the series has ended. It's only the climax that is abrupt but overall the series is great.
