An album that deals extensively with political and social issues, it is abundant to state that times have indeed changed since this album appeared. This makes it harder to fully appreciate the impact of the very specific political songs, on the other hand it has the advantage of hindsight vision: to be able to evaluate the universally appealing songs. This is classic Dylan ''telling it like it is''. The times were a-changin'. The title track is the best song on the album and foreshadows his other classics such as ''Like a Rolling Stone'', and draws from his previous tracks: ''Blowin' in the Wind''. (from website)
