TOI-Most arrogant newspaper website/business

I recently moved in to Hyderabad and realized that my favorite paper Indian Express is not circulated here, so thought of subscribing to Times of India, upon recommendation of a colleague (that there's a promotional subscription offer).

So I visit "Times of India official" website - https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/

After a thorough browse on their website, I couldn't find any subscribe link. The only subscription link I find is for e-paper subscription to an email address. No, they don't even have a contact us link or any other address/phone number to know where they are located.

The only contact address I could find was Advertising team's address of Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore & Kolkata. I tried couple of numbers at each place, either nobody picked up or the call was busy.

Frustrated I tried Google Maps, they are there on map, but without any phone numbers.

Lastly I try, JustDial. Guess what, they are not even listed there. I could only find couple of newspaper agencies. Frustrated I tried calling them. The friendly guy gave me the number of Salesperson of that particular Area, named:

Raju. His phone was switch off (Real cool for a Newspaper Sales Incharge)

Shravan (Next in line) - Area Sales Manager - Guy doesn't picks up the phone (Even cool for an Area Sales Manager).

Finally, I went to Deccan Chronicle website and clicked Subscribe now. Will be getting the newspaper from day after tommorow on a special subcription rate.

I wonder how can any business choose to be so arrogant? Are they CIA headqaurters that prefer to remain undercover? Only Jain brothers of TOI might be able to throw some light over it. Even a roadside Tea Stall, if it ever plans to open a website, would have proper contact us links and working phone numbers for the prospects to enquire, but not Times of India (that claims to be the largest English daily)
