Looking for a good newspaper to read in Eastern India. Look no further. You have the ''Telegraph'', the best english daily of India.
The telegraph has everything one can ask for in a newspaper. You get all the news, and at a very low price of Re 1.50p. It has 16 pages and the reader gets his value for money. Compare this with regional language dailies. I do not know for what they charge Rs 2.50 p( valid only for Bengali dailies).
This daily caters to all special interest groups, with Telekids for children, Careergraph for the youth, Knowhow for those wishing to learn about the latest discoveries in science, ETC for cinema freaks, and also Graphiti on sunday and Weekend on saturday. You get local news also, with special 4 page city sections . The city section accompanies the main paper in all its publishing centres, Calcutta, Guwahati , Jamshedpur etc.
The telegraph has a great look, and all in all, it is a daily which I feel the rest of the country is sorely missing.
