Not only did I receive everything I asked for, which exceeded my expectations, but I messed up my order and miscounted how many shirts I actually needed. Not only that, but I ordered the shirts less than 2 weeks before I needed them. When I asked customer support if it was possible to edit my order ( less than 72 hours before I expect to receive the shirts) , it was no sweat. Sure! , I'm happy to do it! , and Thank you for your business! were the responses I received. So I mess up, Custom Ink picks up the slack, and that makes me look good and get the credit. THAT'S what makes for a stellar company.
