I have been the customer of saraswat bank since past many years and was quite happy about overall banking experience.
Recently I shifted to Pune and happened to Visit Bhosari branch for Passbook printing and I got into a deep shock of how pathetic treatment the branch staff and branch manager is giving.
Dont care about customers and least bothered.
Worst ever customer service.
Don;t have sense how to talk to customers and especially with ladies.
Pathetic behavior and no badic etiquetes of interaction.
Not cooperative and not supporting to Customers at all.
