Nikita Singh the author of this book wrote a mindblowing story full of emotions and twists and turns. This book left me crying and thinking about the story for hours even after finishing the book. I didn't wanted to stop reading the book and finished the book within 4-5 hours.
The promise is a story of two opposite people who accidentally meet-up by fate and fall in love. The story consisted of two main characters namely Shambahavi and Arjun, Shambahavi is 23 years old a beautiful girl, who is an interior designer full of passion and energy she lives with her father who is only one left as her family. On the other hand, Arjun, 29 years old, a businessman.tall and handsome but strict and emotionless fully dedicated to his work.
They are meat by their fate and fall in love but breakup due to some serious misunderstandings. The story starts with a slow pace at starting but as it moves further and further the readers could not stop reading and starts feeling the story as if they are a part of the story.
The misunderstanding starts as Shambahavi gets pregnant and Arjun thinks that it was a part of Shambahavi’s plan to trap him to get his wealth and he abandons her.
What happens to baby in shambahavi’s womb? Will they reunite? Will Arjun accept the child? Will they keep their promise?
It is a perfect love story with all kinds of emotions and feelings it truly touched my heart! The author makes sure to give all the details to the readers and make sure to maintain their interest in the whole story till the end!
I would recommend this book to all to love story lovers!
