We achieve this through professional management, team work and continuous refinement of our services. This is the company policy but they work opposite to it . My two examples are:
My first event: 6 month ago I went to post 2 photos which is small size in an small envelop cover through professional courier service, at porvorim near orian hotel . There was a lady sitting on the chair just looking some newspaper, I went inside and asker her, I want to post this through road courier from goa to mysore . she said it will cost Rs.70. That time I didn't know that it will cost only 25rs. whichever is less than 25gm to certain distance (app 600km) it is only Rs.25. Even with the doubt I asked her regarding this how much really it is ? again she said it is 70Rs. I was new to goa at that time , so l thought that it may be a goa professional courier rule. Then I searched in the net regarding professional courier rate and I came to know the detail. unfortunately I lost my tracking no other wise I could have given a complaint to consumer court. they cheated me by taking extra money.
second event: My father sent an letter from mysore to goa in professional courier without my knowledge . other wise I could have asked them not to send in this courier service.
my consignment no is MYS12538154 and my father sent on 2nd of may 2012 in the evening and on tracking it has reached on 5th to panaji pvr . actually our house is located 7kms distance from panaji . Today the date is 11 may 2012 .From panaji to reach my home it is taking 6 days . see how fast is this service with in local areas. Then I took the next step , I asked my father to call the same person where he posted. he said that it is already reached panaji but there are no boys to deliver it. when they don't have sufficient worker they couldn't have not taken this . we could have gone to some other service provider
conclusion: in first event they cheated me in money and time matter
in my second event that letter is on transit . I do not know when it will reach.
see this is what the matter with professional courier service.Best cheating , lazy, unpunctual courier service in the world especially goa professional courier service .
suggestion: whoever want to get cheated by others and want to have fun in doing courier definitely you can send it through professional courier especially in goa branch near orian hotel or pilerne branch.
