I have send an courier from chennai to a place in south on friday which contains few very very necessary product which has to be delivered quick and they said they wil deliver it on monday.
But I didn't receive it on monday thought may receive on Tuesday and on tracking it showed mis-routed to some other district then thought may receive on Wednesday but on tracking on wednesday it's showing its misrouted to some other place and when trying to register an complaint it shows require username and password and no option to create one so whats the use of maintaining such an option man.
This is the worst courier I think. If its mis-routed once we can say its ok but twice what about this man .I am sure I am not gonna use again this courier
