I feel this review is:
I had sent a parcel on 17-11-2016, but as of today(22-11-2016) it was not delivered to the consignee. Whenever I try to track the details of my parcel the status was "DOOR LOCKED". But still the person was at home on the dates they have mentioned as "Door Locked". My question was how they could keep the parcel idle for almost 5 days without trying to deliver it to the corresponding address. There was a mobile number too in the parcel which I had sent. Atleast they could have called them. The response was also poor. The worst courier service I had experienced in my lifetime.
