My friend sent me a courier from Chennai on 11-May, 05.It reached Professional COurier Kundalahalli Office, Bangalore(opp. to Cosmos Mall) on 12-May, 05.
I stay within 3 kms from the metioned office. I did not get my courier delivered till May 15, 2015. since I could track it reached their office, I called them up, response is awesome -
"We came to deliver yesterday, Door was locked".I inquired, why they didn't call me up, so that I could have arranged someone to get it.Another Awesome response: No mobile phone with the delivery Boy
