I would like share my bad experience about professional courier.
I'm really not excepted, my friend living in Madurai.
My friend birthday 30/11/2017.
I have decided to sent the surprise gift to my friend via professional courier.
I have sent the courier on 27/11/2017, I have tell the staff it is my birthday gift.
Hence please don't forget, deliver the package on time.
They have assure to me.
But my received the package 01/12/2017, my Friend birthday is finished.
I have contact the carrier and request them please deliver the product on time, it is important product.
They will again assure to me, but my plan is totally waste, they will deliver the product another day.
I'm really not excepted from professional courier.
