I feel this review is:
Poor service and worst customer care. They note the Mobile numbers through which the customer calls and doesn't pick the call from that number. Worst experience. Received parcel a day later than actual delivery. I called nearly 20 times and there was no response. It is not 24/7 service. Fraud people. Staffs made me wait on the call and was having a chit chat with other staff
