Had sent a courier on a thursday from baroda to Kalyani Nagar, Pune with delivery assured on saturday of same week. They charged Rs. 150 per kg and boasted about professional and prompt service. This was at their branch on Jetalpur Road, Kashivishweshwar complex. It is wednesday and no delivery yet.
Had been very busy and tired, so had not noticed that the stamp and signature of courier representative was also not there on the bill. They were rude when I made inquiry and expressed annoyance at such delay.
