Very very worst service to customers
from my trailing suggestion on 5th nov 2016 my parents couriered from mysore to shahabad and on 08th nov 2016 at 21:41 it has dispatched from gangavathi to shahabad, I googled for contact details the number provided is wrong number, then I tried to get contact details from gulbarga branch they given me wrong landline numbe and I called them again they have given me mobile number that is also switched off, on 10 nov 2016 at 11.30 the status was same and was not updated the I went on searching the professional courier office to inquiry at last I found the office I asked for my courier they said it has not came yet in very lighter ways and careless, I showed them the online status I e it has been dispatched from gangavathi on 8th itself please check it again, then the courier was lying on the floor.
now I paid 2500 rupees penalty for railways because of your worst service, the courier was bike parcel receipt and bike key bike arrived to station on 6th nov 2016 at 06:15, there is policy from railways they will charge 25 rupees per hour after 6 hours from arrived time, many competitors have good technology, because of your careless, negligence and bad service I was penalized from the railways.
I have given one star because I cant give less than that it is zeroooo
