Proffesional courier is very very unproffesional, they doesnt deliver stuff on time, and do deliver the broken things even if its mentioned fragile or handle with care etc, and they will keep on holding our parcels more than 1.5 weeks, if we call them to know the issue they will simply tell no man power, and also if we havent call them they never deliver us even its 3 or 4 weeks.and one more thing id the bangalore kundalahalli gate office is most worst ofc, no responsibility, no care and even more careless in their words if we call them .one parcel booked from kundalahalli gate ofc, to gauwhati that delivered around 25 days after my booking that too in the worst possible condition all the package opened and they tore some papers n broke some stuff.we have a heavy loss, if we ask about this to them, they tell sorry mam we will never repeat, but that repets again n again with all bookings.
the one word is plz book with this service if u have minimum 20 days in u rhand to deliver the destination, and that too u need it to be in worst condition, then the best servisce to opt is .
