My consignment was coming from Mumbai to Bangalore at Kammanhalli.
Today morning I called my nearest office which is suppose to be lingrajapuram office. Upon enquiry I was told that the consignment had arrived, I asked them do they want me to come n pick it up, The person on call told me that it would be delivered by today evening 5-6 pm. Which they failed to do, I want to know what was the reason, And my parcel was of business goods which I had to further deliver to my clients. I made a commitment to my clients that I'll deliver the same by 7:00pm.Ive tried calling your lingrajapuram office, head office but nobody seems to be bothered to even answer the phone, Is this what you call professionalism in ur term. Me being a business owner I'll personally make sure that my distributors never send me anymore consignment through your courier service because I don't feel you are professional at any level, Your shameless branch representatives don't even care for at least answering the call, I've called them more than 20 times today and even left a message stating that it's important n at least pick my call so that I can come n collect my consignment. But no wonder that doesn't makes a change to your courier end here. It was a great experience doing business with you. I'll make sure to pass on my message to all professional people about your business standard. Transporters provide much better service than you. I know it just waste of time expecting any change or an apology from your end.
