Professional Courier is one of worst& bad courier service in West Bengal . Their name is fully opposite with their activities . 2 or 3 times they attempt to deliver my products when I purchased something from snapdeal or Amazon . First of all they are too slow . 1st time when they attempt to deliver my Amazon order . They take 10 days to deliver my order . When I track my order, tracking details is not showing properly . Besides it, before delivery they did not sent any sms alert for my order out for delivery . When I placed my order, I submitted my address in details with landmark . But, before delivery at very fast morning around 6:30 am they missed call me to know my address . Delivery man misbehave with me .
After few days again another order were delivered by this courier . Again I face same problem . Again very fast morning he missed call me again& again . When I call back him he said he have not enough balance in his mobile, he said their courier company do not provide mobile recharge money, so he do not call me . This is too bad . This time also they take 12 days to deliver my shopclues order . Before 2 days from delivery of this order, they told to shopclues that my order had been delivered .
They damage my order during transit . I have many bad experiences with this courier service . This is most unprofessional courier . I do not suggest this courier service .
