I sent a receipt to Hubli IT took some 5 days to reach and this is the worst courrier service I have ever seen. I don't know how to deal with these guys they firstly told that by the next day my parcel is going to be delivered. But I was shocked to see when it reached it took 5 days.
I called to costumer service center they were like not at all cooperative they simply telling they dispatched the things and they don't know more details about that you have to ask other station courrier guys. I was strucked and got irritated because since from many days it's not delivered and these people are not taking anything simply tracking the things and giving the same data what I am getting through tracking through net. No one took responsibility and told that your courtier will reach on a specific date.
