I am not gonna use this courier service again. I have sent a shipment to Wardha, Maharashtra from Moradabad on 06/May/16.
First of all they they dont respond to any email or phone call, so I went to the office from where I have sent the courier, they told me they cant do anything only nagpur regional office would do anything(as the shipment was stucked in nagpur from last 4 days) and gave me the phone numbers for them. I called up nagpur office but as usual no response to any call, . Even am stuck with these people as they themselves are not able to track the consignment,
I really need help, if anyone provide me the working phone number or email address to this unprofessional courier so I can track my shipment.
